After reading some of the other reviews I'm a bit perplexed to think that people are talking about the same practice that I have been going to. I have avoided the dentist for many years and so was very hesitant to go at all, but finally I decided to make an appointment and go. Everyone in the practice is very warm and welcoming, not once did I feel uncomfortable there. Dr. Muller is very compassionate and kind and has always taken time to explain everything that he was about to do, including explaining what each piece of machinery would do and would feel like, this made me feel so much more at peace and not nearly as anxious as I thought I would feel. The dental hygienist also follows the same practice as the Dr. And this was something I really appreciated. Yes, sometimes there is a wait, but it is understandable, the Dr. can only estimate how long something may take but in actuality procedures go over time, what is he supposed to tell the patient? No your time is over now you must leave? I think if you're going to any dentist you must factor this in, that you too should have some patience, it's not something you do if you're in a rush. On my first visit, the Dr. also took the time to explain what procedures would need to be done and how my insurance would fit into that, talk about going above and beyond. Thank you Dr. Muller and the whole entire team for making me less afraid of the dentist chair!

As previous reviews mention. Average dentist at best, with horrible administration and client service. Don't go if you can, you might not have tooth issues but a horrible headache
Ik ben wederom echt geweldig geholpen bij deze tandarts. Zeer professioneel en geduldig personeel en heel fijn dat er ruim de tijd genomen werd. Ik heb echt niets gevoeld van de behandeling en alles werd keurig stap voor stap uitgelegd. Heel fijn!!
Zeer slechte tandarts. Slechte behandelwijzen, en geen accuraat werk van de assistent. Trage reacties, en hoge bedragen. Tandarts Muller, een narcistische houding en geen inlevingsvermogen naar angstige patiënten toe. Lang verhaal kort, NIET DOEN! Reactie terug : Noemt u mij nou mevrouw??? Daar gaan we dus al, al weer een onprofessionele fout. Zeer slecht weer allemaal.
In deze praktijk voel ik mij op mn gemak. De assistentes zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De tandarts legt de behandeling uit, is rustig en hij heeft bij mij ook de tijd genomen om samen uit te zoeken hoe we binnen het budget van mijn tandartsverzekering konden blijven. Hierdoor blijft het voor mij betaalbar.
Dit is echt een hele prettige tandarts. Ik voel me zeer welkom en word heel goed geholpen. Een eerlijke tandarts zonder fratsen. Hij is kundig en heel precies. Al jaren tevreden.
Kundig en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Er wordt altijd meteen naar een oplossing gezocht en als je eenmaal patient bent wordt je zeer vakkundig geholpen. De tandarts is een soort “Mc Giver”. Hij weet overal een oplossing voor. Soms wachten op je afspraak, maar alleen omdat iedereen de aandacht krijgt die je verwacht.
