Dental service was ok but shocked with their admin. I cancelled my appointment via email well ahead of the time. Turns out they forgot to process it, asking me to pay for the appointment. I contacted them in the same email thread showing I cancelled but they would still just send off the invoice to a cash collector. Prime example of the Dutch service level. Incompetent and rude

The service at the reception is quite good and prompt, but the dental services depend on the dentist who will treat you. I will share my experience with them. One of fillings on my front tooth (therefore important esthetic wise) fell out in October. One of the dentists (without naming names) replaced it, but fell out after three days. She did it the second time and in March fell out again. The third time being there, she was looking for other reasons why the filling might fall out so soon, without recognizing the poor job she did months before, twice in a row. What she basically did was to work on top of the old filling, instead of reconstructing it entirely. No filling should last for just a few months. In any case, this third time she refused to provide her service on the spot, although I had an appointment, thus me having to walk around with a broken tooth for a few days. Her attitude was also hostile when I tried to keep her accountable for the poor job that she did and asking for a temporary filling which she refused to provide. I consequently will change the dental practice. Poor and hostile service.

Bij het eerste bezoek voel je al dat het goed zit. Zou willen dat ik hier veel eerder terecht was gekomen. Heldere uitleg voor, en ook tijdens de behandeling. Duidelijke offerte vooraf indien gewenst. Iedereen is even vriendelijk, en denkt mee. Kortom een geweldige praktijk. Twijfel je nog voor een eerste bezoek of ben je bang voor de tandarts? Gewoon gaan en je zal geen spijt krijgen. Dikke 10
