They turned in the wrong tax return form which was not accepted by Belastingdienst and it took months of pushing until they realized their mistake. The form was sloppily filled out, even had our citizenship and marital status wrong. Their calculation was also way off, so it does not seem they know what they are doing.

used them twice after a reference for personal taxes and im quite happy! havent had a bad experience like the other reviewers. Very difficult to find the actual place - no sign or label on the door!
