Why this place exists in the world? Can’t even give 0 star. Come all the way to Amsterdam to collect my passport. And the place is closed. And didn’t even post on website. Brilliant

Is it that difficult to have this posted online? Travelled all the way to Amsterdam for nothing, After submitting a complaint online, you are sent automated replies up to three time and then your complaint/feedback is deemed \closed\. Its an embarrassment to be British, when this is the non-existent level of service that is provided.

Hi, how can I contact the center to ask about the opening hours? On google I saw the opening days are Tuesday and Wednesday but when I check the website the opening days are Thursday and Friday. How do I know which one is correct information beca i need to pick up my passport asap? Please answer me

They don’t open on time. I’m here Monday and they should be open at 9am and it’s been an hour since they haven’t opened. Bad service. Edit: thanks for the response. I wasn’t the only person waiting, there were four more. I realized the page schedule time was changed on Monday after 10am. The page now says open on Thursday and Friday. But before 10am, it stated open on “Monday, Wednesday and Friday”. I hope to take more seriousness as a company. People have to leave work for nothing, my time wasted is not coming back. Thanks

Unfortunately I am not able to give Zero Star. There is lot which can be improved by this service center. Eventually, the whole process at the service center has been drafted to mint money. So it is like money minting Place. Examples 1. If I have to keep my passport with myself during the decision making process, I have to pay 80 Euros. Actually there should be charge, if they keep the passport with them. Example 2. Why insisting on print out when you just have to scan. We are living in digital world. Example 3. One decision has been made, TLS contact process faster(priority) only when you opt for Courier service. Several Other things can be improved. Positive: Few staffs are good and well behaved. But beware of the Manager. Myself and many of my friends had a very bad time especially with manager. Moral: Try to sort out things with Staff. Note: This review is meant for TLSContact Visa Service.
