Best customer service lessons to be learnt from this Centre. The representative offered me a lift till my office when I went to drop my car for getting a recall issue fixed. The guy also told me to request for a ride back to the showroom if I needed a lift. These small things are what delights the customer and enables the confidence in the company.

There is a positive reaction for the given review and also the investigation went faster and reported problem fixed in 3-4 days. Good to know they are conscious on the customer reviews. I'm giving 3 starts now based on recent conversations. As still there are few checks pending for coming weeks, looking forward for those! Never had such scary service experience before... Reported a problem with 2013 Prius Plug-in on 31-Oct morning hours. Louwman team took many hours to react on my issue despite the fact i have their service support card. They played kind of ping-pong game between multiple service centers which already took my patience out when i was busy to drop my kid at school. That first impression was unexplainable with the kind of bad service experience i had before. Later somehow i managed to get the car to Louwman Amsterdam West center. Just after couple of hours, they started giving scary calls saying they are not able to find the problem with Engine. Something seems went wrong and asked me to be ready to pay amount for the expenses. Without knowing what the problem is with engine, wondering how could they scare a customer? By the way, it's a 2013 model, not even 10 years on the engine and it got a problem. I payed such a huge amount to buy this car and now hearing such scary and fearing messages from the service center. Clueless now how to react with them today. Hold on...they made another important statement that they can only speak with dutch speaking person....I felt Louwman atleast would have multi language speaking team but don't think so....
This kind of service and quality of repairs is unprecedented to us.

Very poor customer service. I wrote two emails (one to the general address and one to both of the 'service' staff) chasing a spare part for my vehicle and never received a reply.
