Having plateaued at the gym for over a year, I decided to join UP for my first experience with a personal trainer. I had heard great things about UP but I have to say it exceeded my expectations. Damian was amazing from start to finish - the workout program, the diet, and most importantly the motivation that Damian gave me were all top notch and helped me far surpass the goals I had set myself in just 9 weeks. I would absolutely recommend Ultimate Performance Amsterdam. I started with the intention to join only for the 12-week program but I made the decision to keep it UP. It's truly one of the best training experiences I've had. I moved from the US and trying various trainings programs through different fitness centers in the past, I discovered this is the most thoughtful and professional service you can get. They will personalize everything for you! I am traveling constantly with my job but I am still able to keep up and see results week after week and I owe that to the guidance of my trainer, Jonathan. In 12 weeks I lost 11% body fat and have lean body mass/muscle since. Super happy to continue training with him and set new goals! All the trainers are razor focused on their clients and the overall environment is very motivating, there's always great energy every time I visit. From an equipment standpoint, they have everything you need on site spread across 2 floors. Make sure to push that prowler fast! I would also recommend the Strongman training every Saturdays when you sign up. The overall facilities are very clean and you can also purchase great supplements/protein/etc. Highly recommend UP Amsterdam if you are looking for some serious results!

Top tier gym with only the best trainers. My trainer Sigrid has helped me get back in shape, actually even in better shape post-partum. I love how I have gotten stronger, feel better, and am in my healthiest state. Every session is a challenge but the results are just fantastic! The gym has high end equipment and an amazing program. The gym atmosphere with trainers and clients alike are all very motivated. It's a great environment to be around when you are serious about reaching your fitness goals! I highly recommend them!

I’ve been training with Sigrid for the past 3 months now, and believe she is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training twice a week and really enjoy the variety & challenge she puts into the sessions. Sigrid is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. Sigrid ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. She is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. Signing up with Upfitness was one of the best things I have ever done! Now I am thinking of training with Sigrid 3x a week. I must be a glutton for punishment.

If you are ready to work for change - join UP Amsterdam! I'm 7 weeks into my 12 week program, and I've already lost 10 cm on my waist. I didn't see myself as unfit before joining, but the change has already been enormous. My sweet trainer Vincent (not so sweet during the practice in the gym, but that is what is expected to get these fantastic results) has guided me through how I should eat, he makes sure I understand how water intake is vital, how important it is to keep down stress levels and get appropriate amount of sleep. In the gym he makes me push myself to the next level and I love seeing the results from it. I had the opportunity to start before the lockdown, but we are continuing working together online. I was cautious about how it would work, but Vincent makes the training tough and interesting. The atmosphere in the gym is very welcoming, all trainers are attentive, even if you are not 'their' mentee. They make sure the equipment is sanitized between each different person, so you feel totally safe, even in a pandemic. As many others has said before me, this is not just a 12 week program. When you start to see the progress, you want to continue staying the best you. I am already thinking how I will go further when my 12 weeks are up.
