The most wonderful experience! Super lovely, helpful and sweet staff!! Super fair prices! Design your own memorable item (we got one for a friend's wedding, and one for ourselves) then watch the super cool laser machine \birth\ it from mere smoke and light (it really looks like magic).

Just wanted to say I had a fantastic customer experience at this place. We requested to do an engraving on a drinking bottle we have. They were able to show us the technique of how the equipment works and then simply project the design onto the bottle. The customer service from Davida, Lindsey & Jorine was fantastic.
