Extremely unhelpful in even the simplest of requests. As an international student who received my college qualifications on the normal date for my country; they were completely unwilling to even begin to understand my circumstances as anything different to those who stemmed from the Dutch education system. Yes they have advantageous opening hours however the capability of their staff is to be questioned

Apalling support for students. Demand extra fees rather than the correct amount, promising to reimburse on completion, then fail to reimburse the money. Thieves.
You can’t repair your computer here, it’s just heading office.
