Very good ride service in Amsterdam, efficient and cheap. Could have some rides less good than other of course but overall very good service, both for shared rides and private rides (which remains cheaper than Uber). The app is constantly improved and updated and the support is responsive and efficient. I strongly recommend!

Worst service in the market! App doesnt work properly, their GPS doesn't provide an exact pick up point or drop off and the worst is that every time you try to book a ride and it doesnt work out because of their system, they will block the amount of the ride for up to 5 business days ...Yesterday was trying to book a ride and it didnt work, had to try 7 times. The next day i realized that they blocked almost 80euros in my account and I could use the service.
THEY CHARGED ME WITHOUT TAKING A RIDE Very very bad quality, I waited for the ViaVan for 10 minutes and the car never arrived. Then later in the system driver said that he picked me up and dropped me off and asked for a tip though the system. Horrible service. Money was deducted from my account right away. It is not the first time I use it, but every time a disappointment!!
Love this new ride sharing start-up! The app is super user-friendly. Prices are fair (most often only 3 or 4 euros) and the ViaVan service has continuously been reliable. Can highly recommend it.
2020 will be the year that I’m deleting the ViaVan app. Main reason is that many many rides get cancelled after they’re confirmed (and pre-charged on my credit card) even after waiting for almost half an hour. Terrible experience. Heading back to Uber.
If you have an issue with Viavan forget the customer service taking an action. Last week I was harassed from a driver for no reasons, it has been a week since I'm requesting to talk with a manager of the customer service because as compensation I've been offered 5 euro back. Now they don't even reply to me anymore.
Cool concept since you actually share the ride with other passengers. Makes it very affordable!
Each time I had fun co-riders and it was so much cheaper comparing to other taxi options
