Very nice en helpfull owner and staf. Also a joy to go there.
Been here multiple times and very friendly. Obviously, if you have urgent business or are on a time limit, don't go during rush hour as this is a shipping point, package pickup point, bodega all in one.
I did not experience them being rude, but they lost my package
