Nice part of the zoo.

I went because my wife made me, my one year old daughter didn't look at any animals but the ostriches. My daughter did not want to walk or stay in my arms, it was crazy ... just take your children when they can at least pronounce the name of the animals.
This was good but visited the butterfly house at hortus in the morning that was similar but smaller with a higher density of butterflies which was nicer. Very humid so if you wear glasses it may be worth wearing contacts to the zoo as many places are humid and hot causing you to steam up

If you like tropical butterfly's you may look there. Unexpected colors...
One of the best part of Artis Zoo. Α glass building for tropical plants, with a lot of butterflies inside. I really didn't know that this place is dedicated to butterflies since I can't understand Dutch and I missed the English sign, if any. Really loved it
