The man who "helped" me was rude to me from the moment I walked up, 7 minutes after my appointment began because I had accidentally gone to the wrong store (there's another right around the corner). Immediately everything is, "no, we can't help you, we can't do anything." At first because I was 7 minutes late (which is immediately rounded up to 15 after he himself had just looked at his watch and said 7), and then for absolutely any other reason he could come up with. His colleague piped up that maybe he could at least work with me to get the exchange process started, but then he kept consulting with his colleagues to find more ways to say no to me. At one point he even called over the same colleague to ask him if he thought I had damaged the phone I was trying to exchange – a phone that has not left its box since I turned it on once and figured out it was the wrong model – an accusation his colleague thankfully also seemed to find ridiculous. I don't blame the man for not being able to help me (Vodafone chat agents misordering and then later providing some misinformation about exchanges is to blame there), but what I do deeply object to is that this man seemed hellbent on making my bad day worse from the moment he clapped eyes on me. What an unpleasant experience. 3-stars because the others didn't seem so rude, but I can't give more to a company who would employ someone who treats customers this way. What a terrible first impression I am getting of this brand I JUST switched over to. My next appointment will definitely be with a different store.
