I come to this place already for years and really trust the guys with all of my watches. They are professional, super friendly and are honest with their entire process. Of course with some expensive watches it is always difficult to find a trustful company to handle them, but Watchme Amsterdam is one of those places where they will handle your belongings with care. Highly recommended.
I had some problem's with my old Daniel Wellington watch and the person behind the counter told me it most likely is a empty battery problem and he could replace it for 12,50 and it would take 10 minutes. While I was waiting I looked around in this very cozy store and found unique and vintage watches, I have never seen that before in a store for interesting prices. I was offered some coffee while I waited the staff was very helpful and nice. Next time I have a watch problem I will go here again. Much recommended.
Was helped with a repair of my watch. Were very friendly and professional. Great service!
A simple job to replace my watch battery - i discover that there are marks where the back plate has been forced off. The watch was a gift to me, and I am really upset that this has happened. Amsterdam is so focussed on the tourist market, it offers really poor service to its residents.
