We have visited La Kushi a couple of times already, and each time the food is delicious and the service is excellent! The restaurant specializes in Yakitori, Japanese skewers grilled over a charcoal BBQ. Negima and Tsukune are great classic Yakitori skewers to get started, but don't miss out on the other ones such as the Pork Belly with Shiso leaves or Yakisoba noodles. Our other favorite dishes include sushi (Amori Salmon Roll), Ganmo and chicken Tatsuta. For drinks they have a nice Sake selection as well as Japanese beers and non-alcoholic beverages.

We were here when restaurants were still open. This is a magnificent restaurant with its own new charm. The sushi they serve is the best in town. The meat from the grill is ridiculously good. I can’t wait until they open again. If you want something new and surprising you need to eat here!
We ordered the chicken and pork katsu curry don on uber eats... it was not nice at all, the chicken was not good quality, the curry sauce tasted weird. The 5 star rating is definitely not for these dishes. The portions were huge but I’d much rather better quality vs quantity.
Everything was great ! You can really have a taste of real Japanese food quality and service! The skewer out of the fire in front of you, directly to your plate. Super clean too. Definitely coming back!
Finally open and I had a great dinner! Staff are friendly and owner/manager is great in engaging with customers to make sure they enjoy their dinner experience. I like the variation of the menu, it offers traditional Japanese dishes as well as some with a modern twist. There are appetizers, sushi, sashimi, tempura, rice bowls and ofcourse yakitori (grilled skewers). With regard to sake option, there is a nice small selection. Definitely highly recommend this place
