Tried ordering from this restaurant; Absolutely terrible, poor customer service and unreliable. I had my worse experience with this restaurant. Waited an hour for me food then called the restaurant, they have said that they came to the hotel and no one opened for them even though the hotel has 24 hours reception services and I had left a note to just leave it on the reception. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after they told me that they're gonna re-deliver my order in the next 5 to 10min, so I went outside and waited, and waited for another hour and nothing!! then I called again, the response was very dishonest and bold. Along with them letting me know that my order has been cancelled. Two wasted hours of my valuable time, 12 euros that didn't get returned, and cold caused waiting outside for that long. That's what is costed me for one shawarma wrap,fries and a fanta that never been delivered. Surely I appreciate the experience, I would never order from this restaurant again and I'll make sure to never recommend it to anyone.
