I was told by the order taker that the item was not available. I left, rode back home, checked on their website for my shoe cleat availability and yes they were listed, in stock, etc. What went wrong? I rode back and handed the clerk the futurism part number to pull for me. After 25 minutes of waiting; I asked is it normal to wait this Long? No he said, but did not offer a reason for wait. I had to pull it out of him once I saw the IT guy on the clerk’s keyboard. Oh well, I did eventually get the correct cleats.

Ordered and got the tights, however only after taking off the tags from the product, I realized that they sent me incorrect item. So I couldn't just return the product anymore... The customer service didn't help me at all, they didn't even bothered to understand the issue. On the website they have incorrect information. The name of the tights and the product images are taken from one product, but the article number is actually incorrect, so in the end you don't receive the product you actually think you order.
