Avoid this company at all costs. This is one company that should have its business registration revoked for theft and unconscionable conduct. Not only did we not have our product delivered, they chose to retain part payment for their effort....600AUD We have never encountered such unprofessionalism and abuse from the “designer” Annelies. We asked for a bespoke apron, provided our brief and when we saw the sample we asked for some adjustments. This is when the abuse began, demands for full payment, cancelling the order as their were other priorities without notice and then promising a refund which was only partially honoured. If this hasn’t given you enough of a red flag make sure you prepare an ironclad contract as protection, even then this woman will find an excuse to weasel her out of it. BUYER BEWARE! After seeing her response and claiming the pandemic is the reason for the bullying tactics and non delivery is beyond a joke. We are taking legal consumer action against this company. NOTE - This company has recently changed its name to Annelies Nuy - Repair Artist (should be aptly named rip-off artist)
