Lots (and I mean \lots\) of bikes and everything that is associated with bikes. In response to Mantel : as I mentioned your store is a real jaw-dropper when it comes to bikes, and everything associated with it. There is such a great selection. And your online service is fantastic. Your staff are all very helpful, and knowledgeable. but what I missed was \passion\. Sure everyone I dealt with had a good understanding of what they were selling, but only within the realm of their own \area\. It did not feel like I was talking with someone who \walked the walk\, as well as \talk the talk\. But I still maintain that our store is a top cycling store!

Great place, everybody was really friendly and helpful. Everybody spoke fluent English. I was picking up a bike, they assembled everything, including the pedals and bottle holder that I bought. Definitely a worth visiting bike store.

I bought a pair of pedals from Mantel and after a couple of weeks they started making a terrible clicking noise. I returned the pedals but after three weeks I’m still waiting for a response, let alone a replacement. I spoke to customer service who basically told me they cannot offer me any service or help in anyway. I would recommend to stay away from this company.
