They charged me 21 euros for only asking about the cost of the teeth whitening, and they put on the bill that i did a check up which is not true Additional comment: If you are the owner of the clinic i would love to have an appointment with you. On 29 June i cleaned my teeth and had them checked and everything was good and the dentist that cleaned my teeth asked me to come again after 6 months. Before i left the clinic i asked the lady at the reception for the cost of the teeth whitening and she said only the dentist can answer my question and she took appointment for me on the 4th July. I went to the appointment and i asked about the cost and the dentist emailed me this information after i left. I did not do any additional thing and noone said that i would be charged 21 euros for asking about the costs of one of your services If you would like to know what did your employees tell me yesterday after i complained please have an appointment with me because her answer was even worse than the whole thing. Its not about the 21 euros its about the principal.

Zogenaamd voor spoed word je doorverwezen naar spoed eisende hulp!!! Dus niet stelletje oplichters 1EUR verspilt, doordat ze je laten dwingen om 0900 nr. Te bellen.

Afspraken worden geannuleerd omdat je onder bewind staat. En tot overmaat van ramp word je met je kind naar een spoedtandarts gestuurd wat je bakken met geld kost terwijl ze gewoon open zijn! Het moet niet gekker worden. 1 ding is zeker: ik ga op zoek naar een fatsoenlijke tandarts!

Alleen maar positief! Vriendelijke, behulpzame en meedenkende mensen. Correct en duidelijk allemaal. Ook alle behandelingen door de jaren heen probleem en pijnloos verlopen. Zeer tevreden over het geheel.
