When you call yourself a ‘full service Internet bureau’ one should offer ‘full customer service’. After having been with WebIQ for over 10 years and not needing much assistance over the years I did not have anything to complain about. In fact, everything worked pretty smoothly and customer service was quick and thorough when I did need it. I must point out that WebIQ was still LogicT at that time. We had signed up with LogicT in 2010 with whom WebIQ merged at a certain point in time. Issues started to pop up around 2019, when I needed assistance with spam and email not arriving. I was told they outsourced the mailboxes, and nothing could be done. At the end of 2019 I did not receive any invoices anymore. One could argue that this is nothing to complain about, but one does not want to mess with email services, so I contacted them. They did not seem to have noticed but invoices soon started to appear again. Then finally in 2021 it was time to migrate the email to another provider, since the problem of not receiving email from certain domains continued, when things got tricky. First WebIQ did not even know who I was or what I was calling about when I called them. 'Hugo' did not appear to understand I called for customer service. Then, after many emails and phone calls, I was notified that they did not offer any migration service and that a backup of some kind should be done on our side. Especially for the amount of money they charge for their mailboxes and domain hosting, this is very bad customer service. Our system administrator with 20 years of experience used the word ‘embarrassing’, amongst others. Which says a lot when considering WebIQ calls themselves a Full Service Internet bureau. I cannot even say I would not recommend using their hosting services as they do not even seem to offer the services I took from them (anymore)
