Apologies for writing in English but I thought it is important to leave a review for the benefit of the future customers, and why not the seller itself. Unfortunatelly against all the good reviews they were very unprofessional with me, they made me lose half a day because I went to Tilburg especially to see a used Honda Accord which they were just repairing when I arrived to the dealer at noon. During our discussions they told me that they will also have someone else come to see the car the same day in the afternoon at 4:30 PM however I can buy the car without test driving it, or otherwise wait until they fix the car and test drive afterwards. I told them that I was interested in the car but I would not buy it without testing it, we agreed that I go for a walk in town but they will call me back as soon as the reparation is ready. I went in town awaiting for their call, which never happenned, for which reason after a few hours I went back to the store, where I was informed that the person who was supposed to come to see the car at 4:30 PM called them at 1PM to confirm that it will buy the car. Even if it is strange that just 15 minutes after my visit the other interested person called the dealer to buy the car, this kind of things CAN happen. But in this case a professional dealer should have called me to tell me not to loose time in Tilburg awaiting their call for the test drive. That would have been a reasonable behaviour which I would have appreciated, especially because they knew that I went there from far especially to see the car. In their excuse I was told that it was not their intention to make me lose half a day, but in case of a professional seller is hard to comprehend such behaviour.

Mooie zaak Eerlijke prijs bij inruil

Onlangs voor een proefrit geweest, op de foto's mooie auto. Netjes te woord gestaan via de telefoon, e.a. gevraagd omdat we van ver kwamen. Auto was in top staat.. kom je daar aan, hele auto onder de hagelschade, steenslag, ingevreten vogelpoep.. echte top staat #not. Hier komen we niet meer weer.

Waren serieus geïnteresseerd in een occasion... De verkoper was zeer opdringerig, en wilde dat we binnen 10 minuten besluit namen om de auto te kopen. Wij gaven duidelijk aan niet over een nacht ijs te gaan, de verkoper raakte geirriteerd en liet ons niet in onze waarde. Eenmaal weer thuis zagen wij bij de advertentie dat bij de prijs ineens gestegen was, duizend euro duurder! Sorry, deze respectloze en opdringerige manier van handelen past niet bij ons.

Vriendelijk bedrijf met gezellig personeel dat meedenkt als je vragen hebt en het (Honda)hart op de goede plaats heeft. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding ligt goed. Kom hier met veel plezier voor onderhoud aan mijn Honda. De nieuwe showroom is lekker licht en ruim opgesteld waardoor auto's beter tot hun recht komen. Ik mag hopen dat dit bedrijf nooit weg gaat!
