Brand new car and now for the second time going back to the workshop in less than 10 days. Outrageous!

Seriously not customer-oriented. In addition to being more expensive compared to other car dealerships for very comparable cars (kms, year of blt, add-ons), they were also simply not interested to make a sale. We wanted to test-drive a car to know if this is the right model for us but the gentleman told us that to have a test-drive you need to have a price agreement. We’ve so far tried a Toyota and a Nissan dealership and this was the first time we got such a condition. It wasn’t busy or anything, we were probably the only clients in the shop on a Friday morning. We specifically went out to buy a car this week as I am in advanced pregnancy and we will soon need a family car so I find it bizarre to be treated like we need to sign in blood to try a car. Maybe try another dealer if you really want a Renault.
They were nice enough to offer me a test drive, but after that they failed to send me the information and prices I requested. Also when I wanted to change a running battery contract, they told me that it was not possible for them to do and that I had to contact Renault Netherlands myself. In my opinion this is not the service level you may expect from an official car dealer. I'll visit another one from now on.
