I am very much pleased with my experience at Autobedrijf Dirk Barten. I have bought a car yesterday, Indy and Jeroen were very pleasant people to communicate with and they helped me with a sincere advice to choose the right car. They also provide a good after sale service.

Nice so far . Pleasant people answering questions and trying to sell you good cars.. But then all has changed slightly- the organization needs more experience working with expats, much more! (You have to explicitly ask for information, for extra equipment, for everything, effectively)
I filled in a quote request form on their website. I received a call and we scheduled an appointment. I showed up at the agreed time and no body was there in the reception. An advisor was there busy with a couple of customers. After 15 minutes of wait I just decided to leave disappointed with this unprofessional behavior.
Aggressively Rude. Quite the worst Dutch experience I had so far
