Awful. We buy a car seat very expensive and after 1 month and being used only twice gently, the seat does not work anymore (360 degrees function is broken). On top of that, the seat does not recline enough and we can't use it for long drives (useless in sum). I call to get a refund or a replacement. I was told to bring the seat myself to the store (too far away) or to send it to the store at my own expenses! Unbelievable. The customer service hanged up the phone in the middle of my sentence which is incredibly rude. Avoid this store at all cost.

I had damage on trolley wich I bought in shop and nobody almost month didnt do anything about it. I was calling,sending emails,they respond me once on email and even dont respond on phone anymore. Not nice way of business.

Webshop: Extremely bad customer service who lies. They lie about delivery dates. Hang up the phone in your face after having to wait 30 min each time. They simply don't care about the customer.

I have made an online order a month ago and I haven't heard anything back about it. I wrote 7-8 mails, called many times but nobody ever picked up or answered my mails. I tried to reach out from several social media accounts too but there is no response. This is the WORST customer experience ever! I was thinking I just got scammed and lost my money and came to google maps to see if the store actually exists and it seems like there is a store. So maybe as a last hope I will personally go and demand my money back from the store?. This is just a big joke! Why do you even bother to create an online store if you can't deliver anything or reply to your customers?

I ordered in October a Ilona room furniture for my baby and until now I cannot use the bed because BabyEntiener was not able to send the right size mattress , not even in two deliveries. The delivery is anyway very slow, their contact center responds very slow, they do not care about their customer, the bed that I received has scratches (they did not react to this at all). Even if they made a mistake (sending 2 times the wrong mattress) they want that they receive first the wrong mattress and after they send the \good\ (actually still wrong) one.It takes a LOT of time.They say we offer you the mattress and the delivery for free. For 1400 euro furniture, they send the cheapest mattress and the delivery is after a month(even though the products are in stock, verified before ordering) . Extremely disappointed. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY AGAIN SOMETHING FROM THIS SHOP.
