If you choose Flight-parking, You really have to hope you get your car back the same status as you give them, otherwise they will NOT reimburse you anything and hang up you phone calls if you just want to talk peacefully about the issue. I gave my 2017 MINI to the driver from Flight-parking at Schiphol and the driver checked the car, confirming no damage. When I picked up the car 5 days later, a scratch of 5cm on the back left side was found. I immediately told the guy who delivered the car and he asked me to write an email to Flight-parking. I did, no reply. As the damage was caused apparently between the driver took the car and giving me the car back, I wanted Flight-parking to commit to cover the cost for necessary repairing before I send it to the MINI dealer. However, Flight-parking was just trying to avoid to make any commitment on the phone with no solid reason (obviously they know that their driver found no damage when he picked up the car). The guy answering the phone agreed to reply my email but did not. Now if I try to call and check the status, they hang up my call. What a responsible and trust worthy company! In the end they sent me an email basically saying I’m a fool putting trust in them: Hello Jason, Firstly, we are sorry for you that you have a little car damage. Flight Parking is not responsible for this car damage. We drive the car from the departures to our parking location where youre care is standing save, and a damage like this is not possible. As you can see on our website, flight parking is not responsible on any way. You accepted that at the moment you maked the reservation. Thank you and have a nice sunday! Heel ontevreden, ruim van te voren onze boeking geannuleerd, maar nooit geld terug ontvangen. Ze reageren niet per email / telefoon. Absoluut geen aanrader!
Auto teruggekregen met schades. Mail gestuurd maar reactie bleef uit. Uiteindelijk reactie ontvangen maar Flight Parking schermt met Algemene Voorwaarden en geeft aan niet verantwoordelijk zijn. Na veel gezeur over en weer biedt flight parking aan mijn parkeergeld terug te betalen (uit coulance). Staat niet in verhouding tot de geleden schade dus niet geaccepteerd.
Zeer tevreden. Stonden zowel op heen- als terugweg al klaar. Wesley dankjewel voor de goede service! Wij komen bij j terug.
Gewoon perfect! Er stond iemand klaar toen we aan kwamen bij Schiphol en ook toen we terug kwamen. Telefoon wordt ook altijd direct opgenomen.
Het was de eerste keer maar hele goede ervaring om bij jullie te parkeren. mijn vrouw en ik zijn al op leeftijd. Chauffeur Fred was zo vriendelijk om ons te helpen met de koffers. Toen we terug kwamen was er een andere chauffeur, John, ook die was ons zeer behulpzaam. In het najaar gaan we weer gebruik maken van jullie.
Prima geregeld. Wesley stond (midden in de nacht) gereed om onze auto in ontvangst te nemen, en bij terugkomst stond hij er ook weer, ondanks de gigantische drukte bij de vertrekhal. Een aanrader !!
