I lived in one of their apartments (the wall) for half a year and would not recommend anyone living here. Bakkers Hommen is not responsive to phone calls or email and lets many people pay too much: parking costs are in the contract by default, they don't ask if you have a car. Besides that they charge \contract costs\, which is not allowed in The Netherlands.
