It really takes a lot for me to complain! I have never in my life dealt with such an incompetent company ever! When we went to purchase our Bakfiets they said we would have delivery within 6 to 8 weeks. It is now 6 months later and they have sent 1 email after I complained, I am still waiting for an update. I have called them several times to establish what’s happening and I get the same answer for the past 6 months, “we don’t know”! After asking for a refund, they said it was not possible which I find absolutely unacceptable! I have incurred further expenses to make alternative solutions and they have still not sent me any update as to when we could expect our Bakfiets. Be careful they will take your money and you won’t hear from them again! We have not once received an update from MotorPromo on their own accord, I have to contact them every 6 weeks to find out what’s happening. All I ask for is to be updated on my purchase as I have paid a deposit in good faith and I feel that MotorPromo is not reciprocating. The fact is that I have paid good money and have to constantly ask for updates, to which I am still no closer to knowing when I will be receiving my product? Their reply below is not correct I only receive communication from them when I call or email them. They have not sent me any information unless I ask! Unacceptable.

Mooi bedrijf waar je met goed geholpen wordt. Personeel loopt vrolijk rond en I vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Prijzen zijn scherp en ze komen hun afspraken na.
Prima geregeld allemaal, ondanks lockdown kan men hier zonder moeite online zijn bestelling toch wel ophalen. Snelle service en vriendelijk personeel. Als de lockdown voorbij is, dan kom ik hier graag nog langs om de showroom te bezoeken voor een andere vouwfiets. Eventueel als het mogelijk is zou ik ook graag een proefrit willen maken net als 2 jaar terug.
Mooie bakfietsen, scherpe prijzen, leuke deals en een top service. Helaas zijn ze wel snel uitverkocht. Maar als je er eenmaal één hebt kunnen bestellen, bezorgen ze het helemaal rijklaar aan je deur. Na 5 maanden helemaal niks te klagen over mijn elektrische bakfiets, want hij werkt prima. Bij de bakfiets kreeg ik: 1. Kettingslot 2. Snelbinders 3. Slot voor de accu 4. Extra bankje gratis bijgeleverd 5. Gordels 6. Standaard huif 7. Regenhuif 8. Telefoonhouder 9. En een goed gekeurde ringslot Op de baby en peuterschaal kreeg ik trouwens in de winkel zelf korting. LET WEL OP!! Dat je de accu in de wintermaanden bij friespunt NIET buiten laat staan. Dat is niet goed voor de accu. Kreeg het namelijk als tip mee van de verkoper. En bestel naast een standaard huif ook een regenhuif. Best handig voor slecht weer, vooral als het heel hard gaat regelen.
