We would rate this restaurant a 6/5 if we could! From the lovely location (nestled amidst the Duivelsberg forest) to the classic Dutch ambience inside, the atmosphere was both warm and welcoming. And the food! There are more menu items than just pancakes, but I would suggest you go for their trademark. A nice variety between sweet and savoury, all are delicious and they are very generous with their toppings (and I mean VERY), and their hot chocolate with rum is not to be missed either for cool, Autumn-y weather. Servers were friendly and COVID precautions were evident, which was nice to see as well, but didn’t interfere with the whole restaurant experience.

Simply one of the most beautifull spots to eat pancakes. You can either park your car at the base of the hill and walk all the way up, or simply drive there! The garden / playground is beautiful, as well the stunning views. Try the Duiveltjespannekoek, it's my favourite. Conclude your dinner by walking to the viewpoint to catch a stunning view over the Ooijpolder.

Nice pancakes in a very beautiful environment. I had a pancake with bacon, dates, and local honey. A delicious combination indeed. Staff was also very friendly. One warning though, to get there you have to drive through a very narrow, unpaved, and bumpy uphill road. This can be quite challenging if you are used to driving on your typical flat Dutch roads.

Very lovely waiting staff. The food was good too. A great place to relax and enjoy a meal or drink as you are surrounded by nature and a wonderful view of the forests.
