With my company I am a b2b customer. My experience with Versmissen: premium pricing and very cheap customer service. It’s all about the looks and not the quality. Customer service nowhere near the level of for example Eichholtz, Van Roon etc. Used a dining table of this brand in an interior design project. The table was unstable (because of dried out glue) within one year of use. They simply blamed the customer but said they would fix it “for free” if the customer paid 400 transport costs. That is unacceptable. We had it fixed locally for a fraction of that sum.
