Worst costumer service! Bought a ew\ fridge with a damaged motor. They made us wait for over 2 weeks for someone to pick it up and only after a long hassle we got our money back.

I don't recommend. Sold me new washing machine that was broken. When I ask for the support it was told me that I should use the factory guarantee. I reply with this message: \I bought this machine in your store in less than 2 weeks and it is not working as promised. I was really expecting that you will solve my problem since the machine was sold to me not working. This is really disappointing.\ They insist that I should use the factory guarantee. And I sent this message: \It Is the first time in my life I buy something (not cheap) that is not working and the vendor tells me to call the factory for the warranty. I would like my money back so I can buy a working washing machine and don't have to bother in fixing it. How can we proceed?\ The answer was: \Goedemorgen its not possible to give te money back. We can call the factory for you when you wild like?\ Now I have the machine working (not thanks to the store) but I have to take my clothes to a friend's place to wash during the period that the machine was broken. By the way there was a part of the machine that was crooked and screws were not the original from the machine.
