The owner bibi is a fraud and a rip off. First, look at the address; Netherlands? Secondly, I wonder if she has beautician license to do hair in America. She doesn't know the first thing about doing hair here in America. She did crochet braids for me on a Thursday and they started falling out on Saturday, and at first I was thinking it's only two braids, but Sunday after taking off my bonet another two came out. Monday morning before work three came out. Now at this point I'm mad because initially I told her, her work was not worth 100 bucks. Yes she charged me 100 bucks. Anyways, I went there on Tuesday which was only 5 days later professionally, I didnt come at her loud or angry I just wanted her to fix my hair because I paid for a service that was obviously very sub-standard, but instead of her rectifying the issue of course she blamed it on the way I sleep, and my pillows, and told me that I liked it when I left the shop. Oh really! Of course. Blame. Blame. Blame the customer bibi instead of treating people with respect or the way they treat you. I showed you respect and professionalism. Anyways this is an complaint for BBB. Thirdly, the way she treat alot of us we should not be giving her our business.

Op en top groothandel! Niets op aan te merken. Als er wat is kun je bellen en wordt je geholpen. Bestellingen worden altijd keurig optijd de deur uitgedaan, een dag later in de salon en dit is gewoon een cadeau om te ontvangen. And last but certain not least, de medewerkers bij Bibi zijn prettig in de omgang! Keep up the good job. :)

Paar weken terug voor het eerst besteld. Fijne site. Als je vragen hebt kan je die per mail stellen en je krijgt snel een reactie terug. Ik wilde graag een ander kleurtje in een startkitje en dat mocht Figgle is het geworden! Een kleur die je niet kan krijgen in andere merken, dus ga snel naar de site Ik moet nog oefenen met het merk loveness maar so far super good oh en de youtube filmpjes zijn ook gaaf!
