BioFizz is made by making ‘tea’ out of all the ingredients. Right after we add some palm blossom sugar, and some bio-culture, which we call ‘Mother’. After this process, we start right away with bottling the soda, where we leave some open space in the neck of the bottle so the soda can ferment. This will create a natural fuzziness out of the sugars from the soda. After a few days, the soda is ready to go when kept cool. The palm sugar and Mother create its unique character to the soda, which is stimulated throughout the amazing flavors of lemongrass/lime and tamarind/ginger!
