We were initially very happy to deal with Megaflex, and we had a very friendly competent gentleman as contact person. But the last delivery was not to our satisfaction. We had asked for 5000 labels each in batches of 500 labels with their own batch codes and expiry dates. This was clearly explained in email and on the invoice we got. But the products delivered did not match the invoice, by mistake a Megaflex employee had copied the same batch code and expiry dates on all the 5000 labels, so that 4500 of them we cannot use. Instead of taking responsibility an employee blamed this on us as the client, because they had sent us a confirmation pdf before with small screenshots of the labels next to the correct batch codes and expiry dates as we had agreed. But because I had not been able to spot that they by mistake had copied in the wrong data on all the labels, since the image size was so small in the pdf, it was impossible to see, the employee even claimed it is our mistake and said they dont want to do business with us anymore. This was after they convinced us to pay for a special knife for our label size that cost a couple of hundred euros. They even invoiced us for \change costs\ meaning they asked us to pay extra for applying different batch codes even though they had put the same one on all the labels. Very disappointing experience with this last order. The company should take responsibility for their own employees doing mistakes and not blame it on the client.
