Safwat is great! He is nice, professional, and very thorough. His inspection reports are very detailed and include pictures with suggestions. Email responses are quick. He also provides a lot of great advice in person during the inspection and explains as he goes along. As a first time home buyer, I really appreciated it and found this very helpful. Will definitely hire him again and already recommending him to my friends/coworkers.

Looking for an apartment in Amsterdam, it's important to have an idea of what you're buying. Especially if you're like me - someone who knows almost nothing about construction. Safwat showed us that even when things look good on the outside, there can be issues beneath. Anything from rotten wood, faulty construction, lack of ventilation, leakages etc. He knew exactly what to look for, so we're very happy for that. I can recommend his services if you want a professional who has done this a long time to help you make a qualified decision.
