I was nicely surprised seeing Fred today on the TV today \ House Rules Holland\. He is the best structural inspector/ bouwkundig Inspecteur out there. He helped us to buy one of the most amazing houses that I ever seen (in Utrecht) and he helped us to avoid to buy a ruin in the centrum of Utrecht that was strongly advised by our selling agent “aankoopmakellar” . My advice to the people buying a house is: \do not take a selling agent of aan ankoopmakelaar\ just use the service of a good structural inspector/ bouwkundig Inspecteur. I see a few negative reviews about Fred and I don't believe in any of them! Fred helped us to avoid a trap that our own \selling agent\ made for us with the rest of his corrupted group of selling agents and structural inspectors working in the centrum of Utrecht. The truth is that they are working in group and that there is no such a thing like \aankoopmakelaar\ - someone who works only for you. They are selling ruins in the centrum of Utrecht at the high racketing price . If the selling agent propose you his own structural inspector please do not say yes!!! Ask if you can bring you own specialist. Did they say NO? Then don’t buy this house! You do not need a selling agent/aankoopmakelaar!!!! You just need a good structural specialist at your side. Thank you one more time Fred. And once again I am happy that you found your place in \ House Rules Holland\! Thank you for helping people finding their dream house .

Fred is a total professional. He reacts very quickly to any questions, no matter what time of day you call or email, and he is always very thorough with his advice. During the crawl space and foundation inspection itself, Fred took a lot of time to explain what he was doing so that I could also understand the process he was undertaking and gave me a fantastic lesson in everything from wood rot to the underlying structure of the house. He then advised me on the potential of the property based on the findings and what repair costs could be expected. I would heartily recommend Fred to anyone wanting to undertake a thorough and professional inspection of a potential purchase property with total peace of mind.

Ik had een aantal kleine bouwkundige vragen en werd heel erg goed geholpen door Premiumkeur. Het advies was exact wat ik nodig had: objectief, direct en kundig zonder onnodige afspraken en onderzoeken te moeten maken.
