I contacted Fred to ask if he can make an appointment to do an inspection of a house we're going to buy. He told us when he can find a time, but also he asked about the house (when it was built and what the roof is made of etc.) and so he said honestly we do not need to spend money on an inspection because in that house it will all be fine. He also mentioned a few areas that we can check ourselves for possible problems and told me about the costs of fixing that. Altogether Fred's free advice saves us 200-300 euros which is a lot when you need to buy everything for your new household!

Hoe de heer Tokkie aan 5 sterren komt is mij een raadsel, het bouwkundige rapport wat hij heeft gemaakt klopte helemaal niet, na zijn bezoek zijn er nog 2 andere bouwdeskundigen geweest, en die hebben zich ook verbaasd over het bouwrapport. Door het niet op waarheid beruste rapport hebben de aspirant kopers zich teruggetrokken Na mijn bevindingen op internet te hebben gezet, kreeg ik een mail dat ik mijn bevindingen moest verwijderen op internet, anders ging hij dingen schrijven op internet zodat wij anders ons huis niet konden verkopen aan andere eventuele kopers

Wij hebben 2x gebruik gemaakt van het advies van Premium keur en zijn over beide keren erg tevreden. Het contact met Fred liep gemakkelijk en de afspraak met zijn collega Teun was snel gepland. Teun was erg grondig (van dak tm kruipruimte werden beide woningen bekeken) en gaf toelichting bij wat hij zei. Ook vragen over mogelijke verbouwingen konden we bij hem kwijt. Rapportages hadden we vervolgens ook snel. Allemaal dus erg fijn en aan te raden!
