online reservation requested dietary preferences in case of allergies: upon arrival they were not considered Ordered food was decent but thats at best - lamb ordered was medium rare, came rare. The spare ribs meat was very well made, but the amount of sugar in them was a little too scary, literally dripping with sugar sauce, which covered the bottom of the plate. Desert was under par, ordered cheesecake, but sadly, it was more like just cream with very little flavour. the chocolate was excellent thou - strongly recommend it, very tasty and the combination made it worth while Service was at 4 stars, they were a little confused, but kind of salvaged the situation the food was just meh. Time of preparation was also very poor - due to the corona we had only 1h and 45min - took 1h and 15min to get our order and serve...left 30min of enjoying our meal bit too rushed:(

Content. That's the word that best suit this restaurant, in every sense: service, quality, decor, price and taste. Before stepping into the restaurant, I happened to read some (mixed) reviews and was skeptical. To my surprise, I could find that the restaurant has taken theose google reviews into consideration to give the best customer experience. Only a few restaurants do so, in taking the customer feedback and enact in a positive manner. The spare ribs is yummy, so is the steak tartar.

Wow, let me Just start with the service, the place was full we had the last table left they did not think twice to give it to use. They ask frequently if we wanted drinks and started with if we wanted a starter, in our case bread. When order was taken they did it with a kind of finesse. This finesse was noticeable throughout the evening. The stake that I got, was medium as asked for and exactly in the way I like it. This is of course personal preference, but their medium was my medium with a lot of red meat in the core. That is luckily so because it must be for the price. It's not cheap at all, but that did not mean it did not live up to my expectations. It did this and then some, it is therefore that Con Fuego gets a 5 star rating for me. You shouldn't go there if you accept a 15 steak you won't get close. You should go there if you want great if not the best meat.
