As a first time home buyer and an expat, I went into the home buying process with lots of uncertainty and close to zero knowledge. Therefore, I relied heavily on the help from my agent. In the past three years, I have bought two homes with Hans’s help and both times the experiences were great. Hans is professional, attentive, and acts calmly and efficiently even in stressful situations. He demonstrates expertise in all parts of the buying process. I always feel that Hans has my best interest at heart and that his service is worth every cent. It goes without saying that we will never buy a new home in the Netherlands without Hans’s help. The only thing I was disappointed at is that Hans only accepts buying clients. If not, we would have just happily used his services for all aspects of property management in the Netherlands.
