The worse Beard cut Ever... I was there by the first Time, 2 weeks ago, very Impressed with the Professionalism of the Lady she was doing my beard. That was a Treatment even she asked if I want to buy a good Beard Oil... Thats is a customer Service.. I went today with the thought its would the same Treatment which turn it around to be a disaster when I arrived at home ... I was bleeding and had soo many red spots, then the Beard was unsimiliar cutted... And the funny thing was The Boss was dealing with me... I would say first do not smoke, people can smell it...Sec. Care about your Guest and Treat them well... Im so dissapointed never will come back only if the nice Girl will do it...She has more patient and an eye to details.... Im very angry ..I never write a review but this experience was soo bad ...Hopely the Management will take some consequences... If there would be a half star I would do it...
