Here is the truth- response to the one star review. These guys LOVE what they do and know what they are doing. If you pay a little more be grateful they are there so you can interact and get real advice. What is 5% more in this world- Support your local bizs... I am an expat living in the beautiful country of the Netherlands. I am NOT associated with the shop PIMM and the owner have been great & generous with their time. RESPECT

Friendly and helpful! I am the worst type of guitar player: Uneducated, I bought 3 guitars (second hand and online). Still he had no problem looking at it to give them a yay or nay advice. And also rewound I faulty string. Tried to fix (for an given estimate) my travel guitar but it was ot a very nice quality guitar\ (He was careful with his wording, which is very smart and polite.) The guitar was beyond fixing so he waved the fee. Also a good place to find yourself a teacher! I would recommend this place! Thanks for the help!

Small place, expensive compared to other shops even for basic things (I had to buy a couple of pins for an acoustic guitar - which usually are about 1-2 euro each- and they just had some fancy plastic Martin set for 15 euros) and with an unashamed dishonest customer service - once I bought some d'addario strings there for 7 euro, after two weeks I went there again and there was another guy who charged me 9 euro for the same strings. Of course I didn't buy it and I left the shop that very moment. I will not go back there anymore.
