Kleine studio waar je groots wordt begeleid. Aandacht ligt op houding en verbeteren van je fysiek. Groepjes zijn nooit groter dan 6 personen waardoor er altijd tijd en individuele aandacht is. Barbara is een hele kundige trainster. Haar benadering sluit goed aan bij wat ik zoek: goede begeleiding, uitdaging en humor!
