I accidentally damaged the floor cleaning a stain. I asked them for advice and the owner came to my house, successfully assessed the problem, went to look for something to try to fix part of the damaged area, showed us how to fix it, and gave us everything we needed for free. He honestly just wanted to help us. I was very impressed with his knowledge and kindness. I just couldn't understand some of the comments. These people are amazing. They are extremely friendly and helpful. It is very difficult to find people who really love what they do like them.

BEWARE!! Worst service ever. The floor I ordered looked terrible, holes and dents everywhere. When I wanted an explanation they were so rude and aggressive. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Jammer hoor, klachten over planken die scheuren worden eerst lange tijd niet behandeld en vervolgens niet serieus genomen. Dit (zie foto s) is heel normaal volgens hen. Ik vind het heel lelijk en verwacht niet dat zo n dure vloer gaat scheuren. Dat is toch geen gezicht.
Prettig geholpen, goede info, winkel is visitekaartje.
Topbedrijf, uistekende service en zeer mooie vloeren die uitmuntend wordt gelegd.
