I am very dissatisfied with the customer service. I insured my TV with Actua. Unfortunately my TV broke and I had to use that insurance. I reported the case a month ago,and still I don't know anything about using this insurance. Wendy's consultant replies to my e-mail every two weeks !!! AVOID THESE FAR INSURANCE COMPANY.

some time ago I my camera in a had a problem, not making it possible for me to leave the menu. At the time I did not know the reason, I brought it back to the shop where I bought it and they repaired it for a certain amount. Some what later I found out I was still ensured. so I reported it and they didn't make a problem and resolved it quite quickly. I am happy with the way they quick and efficiently deal with these problems.
Very smooth and efficient while dealing with customers. I got my laptop fixed, and the process of getting a refund was very simple, there was no fuss or confusion, and not much was required from me. The response time was also rather impressive.
The company was very professional and reasonable. I presented my damage and from there the path was clear and resolution complete. Generally the timeliness of responses was good, however i did need to wait 2-3 days for an answer which was ok though, hence 4 stars.
Actua reacted very fast on my damage claim and sent all the required information regarding how my laptop is going to be fixed. The laptop was fixed relatively quickly but the repair shop took a very long time to return the laptop. This is not ACTUA's fault, but it might be a point of consideration in regards to their repair shops collaborations.
