Not happy with way of business. I bought baby trolley and they had damage,nobody didnt help me to swich it more than month,after all my calls and emails.

12.07 capelle....2 stars -becouse of the cashier's friendliness. I asked the seller if we can speak english ,his answer yes i speak a little bit. I said: if there is a problem I will try to speak Dutch. I asked about the seat if it is blue indicating parts of the belts. he said ,no we dont have it. I asked if I could try on the car seat because I don't know if it will fit. the seller answered no, he went to make sure by asking a colleague and just neglecting to deal with another person who had just entered the store. I do not recommend servicing this store. And about seat blue one , i saw in the box for 100% the same model. In this shop sellers are not open for help, they are not interesting to ask what im lookinf for ,there is no edvice. Nothing big 0. I read instrucion to find answers for my questions,no body was interesting. Only cashier after my question if the seat doesnt fit can i give it back he said no i can try now.i said really? No more shoping there !!!!!

DO NOT ORDER A BABY ROOM FROM THIS PLACE. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced... We saw a lovely baby room in the store complete with wardrobe, baby cot, and draws etc. We ordered and payed 600 for it 02/01/19 and were promised it would be delivered “by the end of January”. Happy that a big part of our baby-prep had been taken care of, we spent the next few weeks clearing out the baby room ready for the delivery. 01/02/19 after hearing nothing my wife called their customer service line. They told her the bedroom would now be delivered by the end of March - TWO MONTHS LATER THAN PROMISED. After explaining that our baby is due in April and that we weren’t comfortable with it arriving so late, they simply said “there’s nothing we can do” and told us to call the store, after doing so the store told us to call the customer service department back - We spent over half an hour calling these people! We drove back to the store today to get our money back. The lady in the store treated us like dirt. We were told to sit and wait,, and were left waiting for 20 minutes, because someone was on their break!! Eventually she came over looked at our receipt and then demanded further proof of payment suggesting we hadn’t even paid for it.... After showing an online bank statement they agreed to refund the money - The money they have held for over a month, which will take 5 working days to be returned to us. We now have to look elsewhere for a new baby room. This whole experience with lies, broken promises, and extremely poor service has caused my pregnant wife so much stress. It’s a complete joke that you sell products that are not even available - and your useless customer service is an even bigger joke.

Please save your money and order/buy your stuff somewhere else. Waiting for 2 weeks for delivery of 1 baby chair is a bit too long. I have asked to cancel my order as in the mean time we bought it somewhere else (next day delivery). No reply from the CS and they delivered the chair anyway. That is annoying as return cost supposed to be paid customer.
