The single most terrible customer service experience I've ever had in my entire life. Started a subscription plan for the CV and ventilation box with this company in December. An appointment was made for today 16/2/2021.. Realized 3 weeks ago I need to change my appointment date and reached out to them by phone, they said they would call us back. They didn't, sent an email, no reply. After the weekend, called again, at this point we were 2 weeks away from appointment, on the phone we got told they cannot change on the phone we need to wait for them to process and send an email. Nothing happened, called again end of last week, they said it's in handling and we will receive a call back. Nothing happened, called again this week and sent reminders by email. Then yesterday we received an email telling us they CANCELLED our appointment with less 24 hours notice and that next possibility would be no sooner than May and that someone would reach out with suggested dates. Couldn't get help about this on the phone after either... We would not have cancelled if we knew they have no availability but this information was not provided to us. Sent an email to complain and all they did was say sorry for the inconvenience and moved on. Go with unive or breman... anyhting is better than these careless people who just clearly like to walk all over you. Never felt more helpless in the Netherlands. The level of service or the lack thereof with this company in particular is appalling.

Feenstra staffs (the person who contacted us for the price offering; the advisor; the customer service; and also the technicians who came to do the installation works) worked very professional; helpful; friendly and efficient. I am so satisfied with the service, the process, the price and the quality of the work. I have compared with 3 other installation companies, and I would say Feenstra is very recommended !

Never bother with them. Made appointment in Nov and got date for January. One day before the appointment they cancel and move it to March! Then when I challenge they cancel that and move it to May! Call center respondents are rude and never call back despite committing.

Once the guys of Feenstra come, it is a good service; howeverrr..I planned in June an appointment for a check, the first possibility was November.. and in November on the agreed date the person did not show up. They also didn't reach out to plan a new meeting..

The worst service i have ever seen. Registered in december 2018 in order to check my heating system. First appointmet has been scheduled to 21 january but nobody came. After a while i received a call and was told that there was a mistake and they need to reschedule appointment. Appointment has been reschedulet to 19.Feb at 3pm i received a call from the service man who told me that he will be in my place in 20 minutes but nobody came again. This service does not respect their customers. I dont recomend this company to anybody.
