Easy to reach by both bus and bike although it is located somewhat outside the center of Utrecht. Most people will come here for an examen. The examens are quite well organized.

Put some blinds on your windows so that all the people that come here and need to wait for their exam don't melt like a ice cream. The sun is directly shining through the windows in the waiting area, making it very uncomfortable. Of course all the employees are place at the side where the sun doesn't reach, but you should maybe make it more comfortable for the others as well!!! Update: Apparently there are blinds here but they are hidden, and no one was bother to put them down until now, since as I mentioned before all the employees are in an area that the sun doesn't reach....

Not even deserve 0. We call it different driving habit. The examiner will focus during the whole 60 mins to dig out your flaws, and doesnt give you even 1 second to respond to traffic situation. And if you both step on the break, congratulation, FAIL! The whole rest 59 mins of driving will not count. The regulation is so freaking stubborn, that they dont want you to identify real time situation, but follow as they said ules\, and dont care if you are blocking the whole street because of it. And I have met one examiner, refuse to talk in a single word English, and even try to confuse you with complicated chatting. Ah, btw, guess what, I have been driving in other countries for months before i took the exams. A pure commercial place only digging for money.
