Had a very bad shopping experience in this shop. The first pair of shoes were broken after two weeks wear. After going through the shoemaker it was said unrepairable. And I could either refund or exchange. I added some money and get another pair but similar problem occurred after two weeks. I wanted the refund but I was told It has to go through the shoemaker again. Two weeks later no news from the shops. I had to go to the shop again to ask and same answer it’s not repairable. And this time I was told it’s not possible to refund, only possible to exchange. I feel very annoyed from this whole process and inconsistency and I don’t like any other model in the shop. The staff gave me a vey unfriendly unhelpful and inflexible feeling. Will never shop here again.
Excellent store and very kind people inside. I was able to get all my answers and most importantly excellent shoes which are high quality. Recommended.
Very kind staff! Helped me with an online return and an in house exchange. Clarks shoes are always a classic, very durable and comfortable. Great for cycling, work, and going out.

I love Clarks. Use to live in London and when Clarks had a new pair of shoes the shop would have it... theres this shop that sells Clarks in my one horse home town that are more up to date then this shop. Pathetic selection. Its like the bargin bin of all the Clarks stores in the world. I spit on your floor!! Good day to you!!
Could buy great shoes not too expensive..
