Opening hours unclear, people inside not always respecting social distancing. Yet getting services done in the end.

I live very far from Amsterdam. I tried many times the whole day and every day to call them but they did not pick up the call. Actually during this Corona virus time they have to pick the phone and answering people in order to avoid a lot of people coming to the consulate. Bad service and no responsibility.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I went to apply for a visa and it takes me less than 15 min to apply for it. They took all the papers and told me that they will call me when the visa is ready. And exactly after 4 days they call me to come after 2 days at 13:00 to have my visa and to bring 20.30 and when i went there it takes me also about 15 min to pay and to have the visa. I am very thankful to them.

I had a positive experience applying for my visa. The consulate had answered my email about necesssary documents to apply for the visa within a day or two. The consulate does not need to keep your passport, which is an advantage. Once i submitted my documents, the consulate called me 2 to 3 weeks later to bring my passport and fees in cash. The service of the visa staff was positive and friendly.
