Pros: very very polite people, very willing to help you. They solved our weird double-nationality case that other consulate had messed up, I'll be forever grateful for that. Cons: the scheduling is messy, you get there and there isn't a clear line, so you just get there...sit and wait. Therefore you don't know if you'll be next, if not, if they'll forget about you (they did once with me and I waited 1h), they need a better system for sure.

People that work there think they are somehow better than other Brazilians which go there and need their help. It is a shame you can't feel welcome and \at home\ at your own country's consulate. Seriously, Dutch and American consulates treat you with much more dignity than they do.
The national character seems to reveal itself in every single public service across the globe.
Like every Brazilian public service, is really bad. Nobody know anything, you ask and they pretend they know something. The phone doesn't work and everything you need to pay including ridiculous things. The email is almost 2 days to answer and the answer is so ridiculous like the time you wait to get it. To maie an appointment is like a joke is so confusing that neither than know hoe to use it. Resuming is nothing very far to the service that the Brazilian have in your country.
Thanks for notifying that your Rotterdam consulate has relocated to Amsterdam... Cost me two hours of traveling...
