My wife and i needed some essentials because the airline lost our bags, and the staff here was super kind and helpful. They helped us find everything that we needed for a good price. Again, super kind and helpful staff. Very recommend.

Good selection of beauty products, make up, perfume et cetera. Often has good discounts on perfume but regular prices of products are higher than in most other stores. The staff in the store is not attentive nor friendly and does not make you feel welcome. I have purchased products here multiple times and gotten lackluster service each time. Even when there was no line at the till I still ended up waiting while two sales associates just talk to each other about their vacation plans behind the counter while ignoring me... The staff also loves to follow you around and watch you without offering any assistance or even acknowledging your presence with a simple hello.
Nice selection of cosmetics, from cheap deodorant etc. to very high-end skincare products.
Deze winkel heb ik in de jaren sterk zien veranderen. Van luxe, hoge kwaliteit en zeer betrokken personeel naar wat algemener oppervlakkig personeel dat druk met elkaar in gesprek is en hoe h allemaal zo zwaar is om net na de vakantie op te starten. Dat blijkt. Ik loop meerdere malen langs, maar wordt niet opgemerkt. Terwijl ik toch wel een verschijning ben, waar je niet zo overheen kijkt. En andere mogelijke klanten lopen rustig weer d winkel uit..De beveiliging geeft een grimmige sfeer als welkom. Jammer heb er jaren geleden veel gekocht en met plezier gewinkeld en gesnuffeld. Ik hoop dat h ooit weer die geweldige winkel van ooit wordt met een warm welkom door personeel.
In het hartje van Amsterdam een prachtige parfumerie annex drogisterij. Parfumerie voorzien van exclusieve huizen voor decoratieve cosmetica. Daarnaast een overdaad aan geuren. Zowel voor de dames als voor de heren. Ook de volledige lijn van La Prairie, crèmes en wat al voor de dames.
